Missions night at The Deering Center!

      On Friday evening July 13, 2007, The Deering Center will be hosting a missions night at 7:00 P.M. Pastor Ruben Ruganza from Burundi , East Africa will be speaking.  Pastor Ruben is an assistant pastor at the Church for the Healing of Souls in Bujumbura , Burundi and President of FAMA an organization dedicated to helping families in the countries of Burundi , Congo and Rwanda .  The Church was started four years ago and has now grown to over 3000 members! This past year their church experienced a miracle, but I don’t want to spoil the story because Pastor Ruban will tell it much better than I can!  

      I met Pastor Ruben in early February and was very touched with his devotion to God and his servant heart.  We will be having an Ice Cream Social after the presentation.
