Facilities and Rental Information
To Schedule/Reserve Use:
Families or Individuals: Please download and fill out the appropriate form and email it to or mail it toThe Deering Center. A 25% deposit must accompany the reservation in order to confirm the reservation. We accept Mastercard or Visa over the phone, or you can send checks or money orders made payable to The Deering Center to the address below. Please do not mail cash. Thank you for your interest in staying with us!
Groups: Please contact us directly for availability, rates and deposit information. We will arrange a meeting to discuss the size, date and purpose of your gathering so we can best accomodate your group. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 or 25% of your total. Full payment must be received 30 days to your group arriving on the property. For our insurance liability purposes we must also have a list of names and contact information for everyone in your group. After our initial meeting we will complete a contract for your group to sign.
