Base Rate includes a single adult or 2 adults or a family unit of up to 2 adults and 2 children

“Children” refers to minor (under 18) family member accompanied by parent/s. Children under 2 stay free!

 

Weekly Rates

Any consecutive stay lasting 7 days to 29 days =15% discount off nightly rates

Monthly Rates

Any stay of 30 or more consecutive days = 33% discount off nightly rates

Deposit:

25% of stay required for reservation.

Deposit refund:

100% refund if cancellation occurs 45 days or more before arrival date.

50% refund if cancellation occurs between 45 & 14 days before reservation date.

No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior.

 

Full payment due at registration

Check in time is 2:00 p.m.      Check out time is 11:00 AM

(For arrivals earlier then 2:00 p.m. or later than 10:00 p.m. please make prior arrangements)

 

  Any group or individual is expected to return any spaces used to the condition in which they were found. 

 

Groups: Please contact us directly for specific pricing information.

 

 

 

 

Deposit Schedule for Groups:

$250 or 25% of the contracted fee for the function is required to book a reservation.

An additional 25% of the contracted fee will be due 60 days prior to the scheduled function.

Any remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to the scheduled function..

Any deposit paid may be transferred to another date within the next calender year from the date of the function.

Deposit will not be refunded in the event a cancellation occurs.

Deposit schedule may be negociated when placing the reservation.
 

Daily rental is defined as the 24 hour period prior to the contracted function end time.

Evening rental is from 5pm to10pm.

 

 

The Deering Center does not permit the public use of alcohol on the property

and all buildings are “smoke free”.

 

Supporting Organizations and Individuals receive

10% discount for overnight or day use.
